oh day 15 of my 21 day liquid diet and went to a football game, when people walked behind me I could tell what food they were carrying ie: nachos with cheese with or without jalapenos, I laughed at one guy because who puts ketchup on a hot dog! first 3 days were hard rest so far was easy but today im having a hard time with it..... -

I am wondering because what I am thinking now if my food intake is restricted tremendously now, I want to ENJOY every bite unlike before when it could be dog food and I would just woof it down. There are some favorite foods I enjoy now and hope I still enjoy them after just in less quantity.

That really sucks, I started my journey June 11th and have my surgery next Friday its amazing how some insurance co's want to drag it out. -

I concur day 3 was no problem this is day 12 for me out of 21 so its just normal for me now. I even made the family Raviolis my favorite and it didnt bother me a bit. -

In all seriousness whats wrong with 3-4 chips with a meal? Eating a whole big damn bag is another story what about the snack packs thats okay 1 - 2 times a week no? -
Day 8 for me out of 21 and it has gotten easier, although today I chewed a dorito and spit it out oh the flavor though....

I say Gym and use the stationary bike buy yourself a bike in a few months when you drop all that weight you will be happier on it.

Day 5 today this is cake kinda nasty but I am not feeling hungry at all after my Protein shakes I am really surprised @GivingItMyAll There is one other problem with my Detox holy cow my wife is complaining about bad breath since I started this I am brushing 3 times a day and she still is complaining lol I hope this goes away. -
I am a male 41 and this pre op liquid diet sucks. Only good thing I had today was the Unjury chicken soup Doc has me on this for 3 weeks I am going to go nuts.
