It's been good I was sleeved the 4th! I miss some foods can't wait till phase 4 of semi solid foods lol I got tuna waiting for me lol I'm down from 286 to 253 already including the pre liquid diet! So I feel great!!! Sent from my iPod touch using VST -
I dono why i worry but I bent over today and felt like I pulled something can I Hurt my pouch by bending over it was while I was getting up and it was on my left side it felt like a pulled muscle or tear.
