  1. Try PB2 (powdered Peanut Butter with 85% less fat) and celery! To change things up a bit, I like to to get the one with chocolate added. The peanut and chocolate give the perception that I am not missing out on the "good stuff" and the celery provides the crunch and fills my sleeve up nicely. Good luck!
  2. You no longer have to worry about where the hostess will seat you in a restaurant...corner booth? Bring it!
  3. That's AWESOME! Thank you for sharing this…you have inspired me!
  4. WOW! I can't believe how much younger you look. You look amazing...keep it up! Congratulations and continued success. Happy New Year!
  5. The surgical team did for me before they started the incisions. The beauty of it was that I was already knocked out and woke up with a smooth belly.
  6. I just ran out and bought all the ingredients...it's on the stove now! Thanks!

  8. I agree, Premier are my favorite too. Costco sells them in an 18 pack for 24 dollars. I have not tried the bars yet, but may pick some up today!
  9. Congrats on the surgery! I didn't pass gas until after I was home.
  10. My feet are narrower, but I hope no one ever calls me Cinderella!
  11. I worked out on Saturday and Sunday and did pretty well with food, but got a pretty bad sunburn on Sunday. This morning I was up 3.5 pounds! I'm pretty sure it's inflammation from the burn...anyone else experience this?
  12. That's awesome! Congrats!
  13. Looking good! Congrats!
  14. Congratulations! Good Luck!
  15. This is great stuff...what's funny is I still approach all sitting situations strategically looking for the roomiest booth in a restaurant, the width of a seat ride at Disneyland, and of course, the dreaded plane seat...and I no longer have to worry about it! It's still programmed into my brain and it's a huge celebration every time it happens (it hasn't gotten old yet!). Congratulations!
  16. It's funny that the person who complained about the pic posted on a different thread on the same day about her saggy and oddly shaped butt in detail...not judging, it's just an observation...I think it's great that we can share so much about our journey with others who understand. When my body looks like his, everyone might see my cheeks too!
  17. Very nice...congratulations!
  18. Excellent! Congrats to you!
  19. I'm waiting for the fitbit flex that's coming out in April.
