  1. I dont ever get on this site but something made me do it today and reading this is exactly why I was led here. I needed this so badly. Thank you for the tough love but also the true words. No magic pill.
  2. Oh my gosh, I could have written that myself. I am over 2 years out and just recently went back to the dr for a fill. I havent lost the way I know I should have and am disgusted with myself. I have vomited in many bathrooms in many restaurants in my town. Reading your blog has been an eye opener to me. Just as I am finishing eating a piece of banana bread. I want to be thin so bad but continuously sabotage myself. Knowing what you are going through, I will definitely think about that before I put a piece of bread in my mouth again. Now that you have made changes, how has that been for you. Have you started losing again.
  3. Your pic looks wonderful. Apparently your profile hasnt been updated.
  4. I guess every dr does it differently. He inserts the needle then has me sit up with the needle still protruding then has me drink then when I tell him I feel it, he removes the needle. I am so tired of being fat and thought this would be my magic pill of sorts.
  5. He inserts the needle, has me sit up then gives me a glass of water to drink and tells me to drink till I feel it. I never know how much that is. I am 2 years out and have lost 35 pounds but still have 60 to go. I have almost given up and I know my husband has.
  6. The dr is directing it but I never know how much to drink. I want a tight fill but dont know if I need to drink a few sips or the entire glass.
  7. You are sitting there with a needle in your stomach and they give you a glass of water, I never know how much to drink and when to tell the Dr. I'm 2 years out and still fat.
