I am excited for you!! Very best of luck. I had surgery on July 16 and am down about 10 lbs. I'm just starting to feel better and was able to go to the store alone today and just walk around. It was great. I think you'll do great. I think you're well on your way to being who you were meant to be! All the best.

I was banded on Monday, July 16. So today is my fifth day of recovery. Its been a ittle harder than I expected. I may have let the excitement of the surgery overshadow the reality of the pain of recovery. But today is better. I had actually gained weight from the day I went in but I think that was because of the build up of fluids because today I am down five lbs from the day of surgery.

I can tell today will be better. At any rate- please let me know how you are progressing. I feel pretty good today and looking forward to making this journey!
