  1. I have a cuisinart hand blender. Unbelievably easy to use and clean, and it doesn't put air in your Protein Shakes and make them all bubbly and foamy and gross. It costs about $35 on Amazon, which isn't nothing, but also isn't a multi-hundred dollar ninja whatever.

Hey, my hubby gave me one of these a couple of years ago. :) Do you use ice in shakes with yours? How does it do?

  2. @mclorie YES!! I feel like time is really moving now. Yay!!

@@theotherfatgirl it looks like out timelines are very close. My #5 with mt PCP is this week as well

@@MrsRoboto love that name :) and WoW you are making such great progress with your weight loss already. I want to start shakes once a day too.

@@Engteacher good luck on your bloodwork results. I am thankful your surgeon is thorough.

Hello to @@smiranda, @@clutzey413, and @@Stacyc311 it sounds like you are all cruising thru the check lists!

    Go June Sleevers!!!

  3. I may have to do this as well. I am managing a little better now, but still struggle as I feel that my nose is blocked by the mask at times. I may try the pillows again. Glad you are doing better with your CPAP :)

I picked up my CPAP and used it for the first time last night. It was a lot like sleeping with an octopus on my face, lol, but I am sure it will improve eventually. When I did sleep, it felt like a deeper sleep, so I do think this will be a good thing once I get use to it.

So glad to hear everyone is moving along nicely :).

I've had my cpap for almost a month now, and I had to switch out the nose mask for a nasal pillow. I'm liking that so much better!

  4. Pre op supervised diet with PCP #4 - done :). Slowly getting closer and hoping for a mid June surgery date. scale showed that I had gained 1 pound. I am trying not to gain any weight during the pre-op process for sure, and it would be nice to loose some. My personal goal is 5-10 pounds during prior to surgery.

    I am in Auburn, AL.
