2 days post op and feeling good! When does the gas pain usually hit? Not looking forward to it!

Wow...got a stressful phone call today! They have changed my surgery date to December 18 instead of the 20th! It is just stressful because I'm a teacher and I don't want to leave my kiddos!

Getting nervous about my sleep study on Wednesday night! I hope I'm able to sleep to get a true/accurate reading.

Well I've opted to postpone my surgery until December! In the Meantime I plan on working on losing weight on my own and when I have surgery, I can completely devote 2 weeks to recovery!

Day 2 Liquid Diet....going ok...but I think I have a caffiene headache! I wish I liked tea and coffee but I don't ! This to shall pass!

Today is the first day of my Pre-Op diet! Protein shake is going down slowly but surely! How can something with only 1g of sugar be so sweet? I've got Premier Vanilla....any suggestions?

After much thought and contemplation, I have decided to have the sleeve instead of the lap band. There are many reasons for this....I just hope I don't regret my decision. I'm super excited to be preparing for surgery soon!
