    July 2012 Sleevers? Please Share!

Hi, sleeved on July 18 and have lost 44 lbs since surgery...but right now it has sloooowed down. Just started eating lettuce sandwich, and had no problem with the lettuce. Incisions all healed but it bothers my tummy if my pants are to high and pressing on anything belly button and up. Been pulling my pants up because they are big:)

    Shop much?

I've kept the four sizes also.. So I had anywhere from 22/24 to 14 from my lastYo yo diet. I'm cleaning closets out now and can't believe all the clothes that have to go. Starting to fit in some of the fourteen. After that it is thrift stores...already scouted a great one out:).

    Cold

Welcome to my world! I used to be the one overheating all the time, now I'm using a heavy blanket while watching tv, while the hubby is in shorts and t-shirt and says the house is warm. Well I don't know what is causing this but I guess it is better than seating:)

    Weight Gain Right After Surgery

I gained. Six pounds when I weighed after surgery in Mexico. I lost ten pounds about four days after being home. Lots of water weight and flying didn't help. No worries it will soon be gone:)

To Sleeve Or Not To Sleeve

I can tell you are really worried and need to be there for your boys. While there are many successful weight loss surgery patients, as you know some do have surgical complications. Try getting your whole family on a healthy eating and exercise program. Make good nutrition your number one focus. Concentrate on protein, very low carbs and watch your calories. Maybe you can manage on your own without the surgery:)
