You look fantastic...great job! I know how hard hypothyroidism can be, and since I had a total thyroid removal I'm there with you. I look at it like this is weight I'm not going to gain back this time:). You maybe losing slow but you are losing. -

I'm in....I am currently at 240 and will set my goal at 188:). I'm also striving to get serious about my workout cardio and weights, which I haven't really done as of yet. -
Personally I've decided not to eat any candy. That was one of my big gears downfalls before, and how I ended up soo faaaat!
