  1. No way low calorie diet like 1200 calories high protein. No shakes till the 14 days prior to surgery
  2. Raven did you do the 6 month monitored?? If so how did it go for you. I am on my fith weigh in this weekend and for the first time I may have to show I gained 1 lbm
  3. Egg is a replacement for the tuna or some of the other meats no fat high protein
  4. Lettuce wraps with taco meat.. Roast beef deli meat rolled up with bell peppers and motzorella stick nuked in microwave.. Omletes with onions and ham and cheese. All of this has no or minimal carbs and is all protein for your light meals
  5. Hoping for January date submitting to ins. First week Dec...
  6. Chicken pieces with fire roasted tomatoes with either a spash of hot sause or chili powder. Make like a chunky soup.
  7. Funny I have two boy dogs as well they do not believe in dog food. One is 65 lbs and the other 15 lbs I have sworn they have been my pre op diet plan they take at least half of everything I eat.
  8. The oats are not processed so they are very high in fiber whitch lowers the carb count you can ad flavored yogart with sf syrup instead of cream
  9. Get bullion cubes same as the stuff in the ramen 1 cube to a cup of water. Very cheap and no throwing away the noodles
  10. Sounds like all dairy!!!! Get some diluted apple juice and decaf tea. Are you drinking Milk based protein??? You can get some liquid Imodium. Eat some cream of wheat.

  12. I am starting close to the same stats as you looking at a sleeve date of Jan and will hopefully be 185 day of surgery after the two week preop...I would love to follow through your experiences
  13. Not sure what the circumstances are around hiS/Her circumstance. However know that sometimes they are safer there than on the street. Consider it an intervention that may have offset something even worse from happening. You must stay strong.
  14. OK so you are scheduled for the 5th.. Nervous?? I had chosen Dr. Harrison from the beginning. Glad to know that you are confident in him. I am almost complete with my 5th month monitored. Hoping for Jan.
  15. Once it passes you will be peeing like crazy... Up all night
  16. Stones cause you to retain a lot of fluid because it is blocking your tract to the bladder. Once the stone passes you will lose massive weight and your muscles will be having charlie horses
  17. Warm salt water or use bath salts depending on where it is
  18. I find myself looking for something to eat instead.

  21. Completely awesome was your surgery smooth sailing as well?
  22. Have you been to any walkin clinics or emergency rooms in 2011?
