Don't be discouraged, think about all your body has been through with surgery. It is one of those situations that you need to regress to progress and I'm sure with time you will be exceeding your fitness goals. Good Luck!

I am a bundle of nerves! I learned that my paperwork has been submitted to the BC/BS for approval....or denial If you wouldn't mind sending some positive energy my way, maybe crossing your fingers and toes I would appreciate it. I am hoping and praying with all my being that I will get approved!!!

I work for myself so I am not at risk of losing my job. That said if I am approved for the surgery I am going to have to explain my absence to my staff and clients.......still thinking about this but I feel fortunate that my job is safe. Good Luck to all those who may struggle with your bosses and jobs.
