Just called bcbs to check how long it would take to get approved. Case submitted 10/25 approved 10/29.

I'm freaking out. I'm so excited to do this and be done with this fat suit forever.

Thank you. Now I have to tell my family. I was waiting to find out if I was approved. I'm so afraid they are going to be disappointed with me that I'm afraid to tell them.

I am so happy for you! I was approved this morning from my insurance. I am so excited and scared ..a little of both. My surgery will be NOV 30th....

Congrats to you both! I have to get pulmonary clearance again before they will schedule my surgery. But I'm still shooting to be done before the end of the year.

My pulmonary will expire 11/11 and my ultrasound isn't until 11/20. So my surgery has to be after that date. I'm freaking out. This is all becoming so real now.
