Pb2
Somebody mentioned PB2 on a thread and I wanted to share with everyone. It's a great product -- basically powdered defatted peanuts; all the protein with very, very little fat and no sugar. Mixed with a bit of water it tastes just like real peanut butter. I'm pre-op but I can imagine that it would be great in a protein shake! I had to order it online, but they have a website that lists the stores where it's sold. Just wanted to share.

Crazy Vsg Questions
Pre-op here, but I am under no impression that this will be a miracle cure. Diet and exercise are probably going to be the biggest part. My hope is that the surgery will give me the restart that my body needs. Best wishes!

My first appt is next Friday and I'm soooo excited! I've been overweight since age 10, obese since 18, morbidly obese since 21. Now, at 31 and with a BMI of 45, it's time. The things I'm most looking forward to (in no particular order) are playing with my kids (ages 2 and 4), riding a bicycle again, riding roller coasters, not having to pretend that I'm afraid of flying when really I'm just embarrassed, etc etc etc. My wife is incredibly supportive, but it's so nice to have this forum. I've been trolling for a week and decided today is the day I'm joining the party. Woot wooooot! - All Good News!
