I use a straw. Can tolerate everything that I have tried or wanted to try. I love spicy foods. Have had pizza, bread, sushi, and I am 6 weeks out. The only difference is I have a small portion instead of gorge myself. I haven't tried beer or diet soda and hope to stay away from both forever.

I wouldn't say I regret it but I haven't lost as much as I would like to have lost. I was a low BMI anyway and I have to say I have never dieted with it. So probably more my fault then the sleeve.

Had surgery in Mexico in August and going back in September for Tummy Tuck, boob lift, Lipo and Butt lift and I will go back in 10 years for a facelift. I am no coordinator I will assure you. The care is first rate.
