I am a wife and mother of 2. Our children came along later in life. I was 37 years old with my daughter and just shy of 42 years with my son. I am 51 years old and I may not be as heavy as some but due to other circumstances (health related) I really need to get this weight off. At 5"1" my BMI is 35 but I have sleep apnea, high cholesterol, thyroid and other issues. I enjoy reading all of your stories and send blessngs and prayers to all of you.
