  1. Hello, I'm only 6 days post sleeve and I have been walking up to an hour everyday. My surgeon only recommended 30 minutes but I'm so anxious to lose the weight that I'm doing more. I'm wondering if I might be causing any problems to my sleeve. I do feel a bit sore in my right side after but nothing too painful. Also, I am a stomach/side sleeper. So sleeping on my back hasn't been easy. I find myself sleeping on my left side and when I wake up, my stomach is in pain. I'm wondering if sleeping on my side is not safe to do. I'm also seeing that other sleevers are posting about having drains, I didn't have that and curious as to why not everyone gets a drain. My follow up appt is Tuesday and will discuss my concerns with my surgeon and will have my first weigh in. I can't wait to see if I've lost any pounds.
  2. I am 6 days post surgery and I have dry mouth as well. I'm also feeling like I just want to chug down water to quench my thirst but as i found the hard way, just a gulp instead of a sip is a bit painful and uncomfortable. I'm using ice chips to try to fight dry mouth.
