You kno i don't measure my food it's too much like a diet I don't eat rice, bread , Pasta or potatoes I only drink Water , sugarfree tea made w Splenda or low calorie sugar free drinks .. I eat every too hours Ive always been a meat eater that's what I what I eat .. I love cheese , beef Jerky or nuts ....I eat veggies .. Every now then I have a treat ..thank you

February sleevers we are doing great!!! I love checking back on this forum and seeing how far we have all gotten! If its 20 lbs or 80 lbs, we all have made great accomplishments from being able to walk around the block without being winded to getting off our meds. I love that I have somewhere to brag about all the silly stuff I can do now and have another person really understand!

I bought myself a new pair of boots and had to take a pic...1month out Left 6.5 months Right

I was too cheap to buy a goal suit. I went to Macy's and talked to the row of suits which were all too small for me. "I'll be back and one of you mugs will be mine!"
I went back about a month ago and got 2 suits, only they were farther down the rack toward the smaller sizes than the ones I was talking to.

My wife saved a short and halter top outfit that she wore when we were honeymooners. She brought it out on occasion with the picture of her in it during her many failed diets to motivate herself. She never lost enough.
40 years later, she is finally back into it, thanks to weight loss surgery and her own discipline.
She be lookin fine!
