  1. I agree with everyone else. I am 9weeks and I consume 60-90g of protein a day, under 40g of Carbs and aim for the 64 oz of liquid. I have to consume 2 Premier protein shakes to meet my min protein for the day plus it counts as 22oz of liquid toward your 64oz for the day.

    I don't see a ticker so not sure how much you had to lose but the less your start weight you might not be seeing huge numbers out of the gate but it all adds up. My Dr says anywhere from 2-4 pounds a week is on target and you fall right in the middle of that.

    Try changing up your food and increase your water. Do they have you taking your vitamins and supplements?

    Don't be so hard on yourself - as many say on this site it is a marathon not a sprint!!!
