  1. I was told no alcohol for at least one year, and should be only on special occasions. Also, no more than 2 drinks within a 24 hour period.
  2. I have a 20oz SF LF vanilla latte with whip cream everyday. Don't think I could get through a day without my latte.

    I'm almost 18 month's out and I still can't eat chicken makes me sick. And I no longer care for eggs.
  4. Geez thats what I drink all day. Any chance that you are eating or drinking things with lots of sodium at night that will make you more thirsty?
  5. 3.5oz greek yogurt and 1oz protein bar.
  6. I crave greek yogurt, apples, bananas and peanut butter. The weird thing is I hated pb before surgery.
  7. My nut says I can have 2 Tbsp's of pb or almond butter per day. Yum
  8. I can no longer stand the taste of eggs and chicken which I loved before surgery. chicken also makes me very nauseous.
  9. I'm 14 months out I still get the stomach gurgles. It only happens to me when I eat or drink and only certain foods. And yes sometimes other people can hear it. Can be embarrassing.They get much better the further out you are. Good luck!
  10. I was told to take sublingual b12 2500mcg three times a week for life. I wish I got more energy for taking this but I just dont.

  12. I have lines on my face that I did not have before I lost all my weight. But I would rather look older then be over 100 pounds over weight.
  13. I Have lost a whole shoe size since my surgery. Slowly trying to replace my shoes.
  14. Chicken I hate chicken it tastes awful. And gives me a horrible stomach ache. I keep trying it every once in a while because I loved chicken before surgery.
  15. 15 Months out from surgery and have never vomiting. I have had the dry hives a few times.

    I just ordered the fitbit flex. I can't wait to get it. Super excited, it is on back order for 8 weeks though.
  17. I'am a type1 Diabetic and take about 85% less insulin then i did before surgery and have way better control.
  18. I lost 12 pounds pre-op. The pre-op diet I had to follow was 3 meals a day 3-4oz protein, 1cup veggie and 1 piece or 1 cup of fruit per meal.No caffeine, no carbonation, no alcohol no snacking and at least 64oz water a day.
  19. I was told to use sf creamer from my nut. So that is what i stick with when available.
  20. I started drinking lattes at 3 months out they are low fat and sf. I have one 6/7 days a week and this has not affected my weight at all.
  21. Tried the pb a few weeks ago so gross tossed it in the garbage. Was hoping it was going to be halfway decent because I'M so addicted to peanut butter since surgery.
  22. This has happened to me a few times and it has always happened when I'VE eaten to much or to fast.
