Geeze people, i asked about some options and others opinions. People take things to such a crazy level. You don't know me so you should not have even made comments about "not drinking". I did not ask your opinion on whether to drink or not. Ugh anyway i already wasted too much time responding. To those with the good advice THANKS! I like the crystal light idea.

Omg, was sleeved on 1/15 and I am down 57lbs. Today will be my third day at the gym. I have stalled a bunch of times before this and guess what, no stall!!! The pounds keep falling off... Go for it guys!

Thanks! I love the gym too... I used to go all the time until i had a back injury but the weight loss seems to help the back pain. Fingers crosed

All i want to do is chug some Water or anything for that matter. Will i ever be able to do this again??

I was sleeved on January 14. Starting weight was 277 and weight today is 255. I don't understand what all the "confessions" are about? Why is it not okay to eat a snickers every once in a while or have the fish from McDonald's? I've eaten whatever I want and still lose a pound every day. I'm so confused about why everyone thinks you can NEVER have sugar, caffeine, carbs, or fat again? That's probably why everyone's hair is falling out??! Eat a healthy diet but be realistic! If you want one piece of cheesecake (which u prob can't eat every bite of anyways) then eat one!

I'm all for meeting up! I hope to be sleeved this month as well- just got approval today.
