Same to you smfw! I did some shopping today! And got all of my prescriptions filled. Including the 2 week injections that I'm not excited about. -
Wow! Just found out today I'm having surgery Monday!!! Excited ... Although I have been waiting for this day I'm not prepared at all. What are some I need to do? Been cleaning my apt all night

Darla, I was pretty much out of it but I could still hear talking. I could feel when Dr was removing the scope. No pain at all Andy it was very quick. -

because i was concern if my records would be send over i just asked if i could pick them up myself and that's what i did. -

I'm going though that process right now its not taking that long but the new surgeon is asking that I do more like i have to do an upper endoscpy, abdominal ultrasound, chest x-ray and the other surgeon didn't require that I do all of these things. Also they had to resend to the insurance for approval with the new surgeon notes and that took like 3 days as i was already approve with the last surgeon notes. -

Sleevetalker what hospital did u have ur surgery? Dr Marvin was originally my surgeon but something happen. He can can't operate at Methodist I had a date and all. I had to transfer to Dr Sherman

@Kimmyiet, Hello how are you? Dr Marvin was my surgeon about 2 weeks ago i had to transfer to another surgeon. what hospital are you having your sleeve.

So my surgeon is trying to convince me that gastric bypass would be best for me because of my diabetes! & that he knows with GB it will go away. I have done all my research on Gs and that's what I want to stick with!! Has this ever come up with ur surgeon?

He also said that the sleeve would go down hill like the Lap band., In a few years and that surgeons like doing the sleeve because it's easy. -
