    Any Crossfitters In Here?

I started on crossfit about a month after surgery however told my trainer what type of surgery I had, he has adjusted my workouts. I have not started the heavy lifting again and stay with the light kettle bells during training. I will start to increase my weights soon. Also I only crossfit 2x's a week now.

    Week 4-Help Needed!

I am sorry to hear what you are having a rough start. I know it will get better. I also had my surgery on 5/30 and am having a hard time movng into the soft food phases. I just spoke to my surgeons office and they assure me this is not abnormal. Some advice they gave me was to try something small everyday, but keep the chicken and fish towards the end when you can already digest soft and moist foods. I found I can eat an over easy egg but not scrambled. Bread is difficult but I can eat crackers. Once you find foods like this you add a little variety to your meals. I usually eat / drink a yougurt smoothy in the morning. It takes about an hour to finsh it but it keeps me full. Also remember to take your Vitamins, it gives you more energy. Good Luck with your recovery! Yogurt Smoothy 1 6oz serving of Chobani nonfat yogurt (I usually use Honey or Plain) 1/2 cup frozen fruit (Dole has a great medley of Peach, Mango Strawberries and Pinapple) 1/4 cup non-fat milk Blend it together, if it is too think add a little cold Water and blend again.
