i have a question for anyone thats been taking viactiv for calcium how many have you been taking per day and have your blood tests been coming back ok for having enough calcium and vitamin d in your body? thanks

Thanks girls I'm definitely going to try it the bariatrics advantage makes me sick now so I really can't imagine what it would do after surgery, yuck!!!

had my last pre op appointement and everything went great
the surgery got moved to 10/10/12 but thats a-ok with me -
what vitamins are everyone on? mainly the multivitamin and calcium. My nutritionist keeps trying to sell me all the different kinds that the doctors office sells but i cant stomach any of them...liquid or chewable. I know that you can get the sublingual b12 from regular stores so are there any multivitamins and calcium citrate chewables that you can buy?

I went to the store today and looked at the caltrate gummies and they have calcium phosphate does anyone know if that's good or bad for us?

are they the vitacraves or a different brand? and ive tried caltrate for calcium before and liked it but wasnt sure if we were allowed to take it. thanks so much!

went to my first meeting with my surgeon and found out my insurance doesnt require any wait period and all i need to do is get my psych evaluation (lol) and bloodwork and ill be ready to go!!! slightly freaked out :/
