  2. Hey everyone I'm 6 months post op and lately I've been getting really dizzy every time I stand up. Has anyone ever had this happen before or know what could be going on?
  3. Before I had my vsg I had 2 abdominal hernias repaired with mesh now that I've lost close to 100 pounds I've been feeling a pinching feeling where the mesh should be. Do you guys think it would be possible for the mesh to move or twist because of the weight loss this never happened before the surgery.
  4. yeah you just have to do it on their website instead of your phone
  5. im going to try adding in a couple smaller meals throughout the day i definitely think that will help eating just seems like such a pain right now!

  7. its totally normal weeks 2 and 3 i didnt lose anything and then went back to losing with no problems i think it just takes your body a little while to adjust just be patient and dont stress!! good luck

Hi everyone I just had a quick question, im 11 weeks out from surgery and am lucky if i can eat 1/4 of a cup of food at a time im doing amazing with weight loss and everything but with only being able to eat such a small amount its pretty much impossible to get as much protein as my surgeon would like soo my question is how much were all of you able to eat at like 2 or 3 months out, is a quarter of a cup not enough or am i normal and just worrying too much lol
  9. Im 2 months out of surgery and keep getting this annoying feeling like there's something stuck like at the bottom of my throat but I can talk and breathe perfectly fine so I know there's nothing there does anyone know what this is all about?
  10. i had surgery october 10th and the reflux has been horrible i take zantac otc in the morning and sometimes around dinner and then tums or pepto bismol when it gets really bad, ice water seems to help alot too...hope you feel better soon!

  15. I guys I'm 3 weeks out and still have a dent in my stomach where my big incision was did anyone else have anything like this and if so when did it go away the incision is healed fine.

So just out of curiosity once you're completely healed and a few months or years out of surgery how much can you eat at a time I've heard so many different things from a half a cup to 2 cups I don't want to go back to my old habits but it would be nice to know that I won't only be eating a half a cup of food for the rest of my life...

  18. Congrats on the new baby and how did you do with the weight loss I also have pcos and am so scared that I won't be able to lose very much (I'm only 10 days out)

  23. I'm feeling the same way except my cravings are for meat I'm on puréed foods for the next 2 weeks and I'm dieing for normal foods my husband made barbecue wings and I really thought I was going to tackle him and steal the plate LOL its really driving me crazy :/
