Hi everyone I just had a quick question, im 11 weeks out from surgery and am lucky if i can eat 1/4 of a cup of food at a time im doing amazing with weight loss and everything but with only being able to eat such a small amount its pretty much impossible to get as much protein as my surgeon would like soo my question is how much were all of you able to eat at like 2 or 3 months out, is a quarter of a cup not enough or am i normal and just worrying too much lol
