  6. Ive used torani sugar free syrups in mine. It's okay but it makes the yogurt a bit runny. I like it with blueberries mixed in and I try to get some blueberries on every spoonful The only Greek yogurt I like is oikos and kroger brand carb control. It definitely is an acquired taste
  7. I stay full longer when I eat protein based meals. I'll do tuna in a lettuce wrap or grilled chicken with black beans and I'm full for a long time. If your wanting to stay full longer maybe try that and see if it works. But there isn't anything wrong with having healthy small meals every three hours. Some people need it to keep up their energy. But if your looking to go a little longer between meals, like say at work, then try some high protein and see if it helps. Everyone is different so experiment and see what works for you and your life style.
  8. Oh ok. I was only allowed 4 protein drinks a day for two weeks. Good luck and Congrats!
  9. My liquid pre op started two weeks before surgery. The diet before the liquid diet is high protein low carbs...basically atkins Just think, the weight you lose this time is NOT coming back woohooo
  10. I had two weeks liquid diet as well. It's hard but you can do it. I bought sonic ice and munched on that and sf popsicles. You can do it and it will make your surgery safer and you will lose weight making you even closer to goal
  11. I bet you could do it I had huge success on the Atkins diet... If u go online to the atkins website they will send you a booklet with two weeks diet plan and a book of food choices. Think positive!!!
  12. Call your surgeon tell them you need to know your part so you can start saving.
  13. Perky jerky has no nitrates and no added msg... It's a great choice for when you eat jerky. It's moist too Almonds are great as well
