  6. The best thing is to remember tomorrow is a new day. It happens but you can put yourself right back on track. Start drinking more water/ crystal light etc and try and keep yourself full. Try try again. Also I love sugar free popsicles, eat them a lot You will start losing again. I'm in a stall right now too and boy does it suck. It takes all the fun out of this weight loss journey but it will start dropping again. Slow and steady wins the race
  7. He is so smart!! He really is caring, he is not rushed and he wants you to be a success. He wants his patients lives to improve and he shares every bit of knowledge he has to help you succeed. He called me on Saturday and Sunday after I was released from the hospital to see how I was doing. He's a great person and excellent surgeon.

  11. It's sad but I always grabbed a diet Dr pepper when I was stressed. Now I can't and it has drove me crazy. Isn't it silly? Diet Dr pepper? But it is what it is and I get so cranky -__-
  12. Hey don't give up! Look at other options; maybe a loan for self pay? Perhaps going out of US where its almost half the cost? Appeal again and again. Don't give up, if your weight is detrimental to your health as mine was, treat it as such, do what you need to do to become healthy. Hang in there... I'm sorry you're hurting...
  13. I approve of this message!
