  1. Hang in there, one day you will look back on this day and feel so good; because you have met your weight loss goal. Good luck to you on your new life journey.
  2. Hi, I just actually went through the same thing, when I did finally move I was down 3 lbs. I know that it's frustrating but like me just continue to hang in there.
  3. My email is blessings2310@hotmail.com
  4. Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
  5. Yes, Unjury is only the best, unflavored, chicken soup and chocolate splendor are my favorite. With 20 grms protein to boot.
  6. I was banded on May 7, 2012.
  7. Are you eating a lot of seafood, that may be the reason for your high cholesterol.
  8. I'll give it a try, thanks
  9. Good luck to you, I am 6 months out and 53 pounds down with out a fill, with the diabetes my doctors said it's harder to lose the weight but he is still pleased with my progress especially so with me not having a fill. My plan is not to need one as well, if I feel that I do I will, but as of now I am GREAT! Best of luck to you on your new life journey.
  10. After getting banded, you will feel so much better knowing that you are making a change that is for YOU. I will be in your corner encouraging and rooting you on.
  11. I thought it was just me, With my weight loss I purchased new uplifting bras that really support my girls and I noticed that it does make a difference in my eating/drinking. it can be quite uncomfortable.
  12. Good Luck to you, I know that you will reach your goal on your new life journey.
  13. I to find myself feeling like I should have lost more, there are weeks that I haven't lost anything and then when I think I am not doing it, I will have dropped 3-4 pounds. I haven't had a fill yet, not sure if it's time to get one. I am pretty much in control of what and how much I will eat. I do feel as if I have hit a plateau, on my doctors visit a week ago he said that I was making great progress and he was both pleased and surprised with my results because of the diabetes it's harder to lose the weight. Just keep forging ahead in the end it will all pan out. Good Luck.
  14. Isn't it still too soon to have mushy? I thought it was 2 weeks liquid and then soft? Chicken can be a bit much.
  15. Just go with the flow, you can do this. The band is only a tool. If you have been able to keep the weight of for all these years. that means that you have taught yourself to eat the correct way. You body is use to getting a lesser amount of food. If the weight does start to come back, you can always go back in to have a fill. Encourage yourself, you will do great.
  16. I walk during my lunch for 45min 3-4x a week. That is what help me stay on track. I have a ski machine at home, so if I don't get the chance to walk at work I use that, somtimes both. Since it's so cold where you are, look for a used treadmill at a low cost or post at the grocery store that you are looking for cheap equipment, you never know what you might find. Good luck and don't be so hard on yourself.

I am so glad to hear that it's not just me. I can lose 8 pounds a month and then gain back 3-4 pounds, it takes another 2-3 weeks trying to get that weight off. I have not changed anything about my routine. I weight in @ 210. 4 weeks ago and now hovering between 210----215. about 3 weeks ago I had a pickle attack, where I only craved pickles and I did indulge more than I should but it was the sodium that go me and not the calories. Not sure what to do, I feel that I have hit a plateau.
  18. I love the chocolate splendor and the unflavored.
  19. Anybody craving salt? I seems I can't get enough of baby dill pickles. Does anybody have this problem?

I've noticed that my period has been absent x2 months. neg. preg. test x3. I think that it's the diet as well.
  21. Way to go, I can't wait to join the onederlands, 10 lbs to go to get there. Enjoy your journey.
  22. Girl, go for it and enjoy. I use to feel that way also, but my husband reminds me daily of how beautiful I am and how much he loves, loves my body.
  23. Unjury has a website that will give you various recipes that you can follow.
  24. Unjury is the best that I have tried. 21 grams protein, and the best part the unflavored has not taste what so ever. I use it every morning in my coffee. The chocolate splendor in your coffee is like having a mocha coffee or add to chocolate milk for a delicious milkshake. I love, love, love this stuff. I just purchased a new container. Good luck.
  25. Try drinking Unjury which is a protien chicken noodle soup 21grams, it sounds like your not getting enough protein to keep you full. Unfortunately, the band doesn't change our mindset. Good Luck with your new life journey.
