I had my final appointment with my doctor and nutritionist today. My surgery is on Tuesday. I was told that I didnt have to do a pre-op liquid diet....however, I can do it if I want to (its optional). Anyone else had this option? I will do the liquid diet just so I can start getting used to my new lifestyle. I think I will miss my coffee very, very much though!

You will be fine. I had mine yesterday and it was very quick, painless and cant remember a thing.

Yeah....thats how it is unfortunately..but don't give up.

IMO...Just watch what you eat on your business trip. Its hard but you can try to order healthy food. Drink lots of water and you will be fine. Good luck.

Mine was a few a years ago, I went to Home Depot to buy paint. It was a light yellow color and it was called something cotton candy (cant remember the exact name) and the lady mixing my paint said "Congratulations!!!! When are you do?". She assume that paint was for a nursery or something SMH! My husband who at that time was only my boyfriend was there with me and I was soo embarrased. I told her "nop, im just FAT". That lady wanted to die right then and there...I could tell.
