thank you sooo much for the birthday wishes!!! i got to enjoy some time with the fam. at my parents cabin out side mt. rainer (packwood) it was so beautiful! but had no cell service so i was not ignoring anyone
again i am truly blessed:) -
Can't believe today its my 10 year anniversary with david bridal. Time goes by so fast!

So I made the best dinner since my surgery..mind ui only had half of one wrap because I was so full but it was amazing!!! (made lettuce wraps w/beef strips w/blue cheese in them and peanut sauce from scratch!) Check out my picture!

Awesome how much sugar...can only have 12 grams of sugar in a serving when it's dairy? -
I have gout and it is in the big toe joint. I think it depends on the person because I did not cut back on any protein and I'm in my 3rd week.I know u can still have flair ups however my foot doctor said the more weight I lose the better it will get thank god we r on this journey I wish u all the best

I really don't like this weather. Its so gloomy
ooh well I don't feel to guilty resting...go back to work this week have to build up my energy -
The pouched egg with milk not so much I was so excited and it just felt quesy I can't wait to try refried beans...its funny all I crave is a nice salad to lol

I had to sign a contract that stated what two forms of birth control I will be using and that I could nor get prego for 18_24 months because we need to mentally and physically be prepared -

All I can say to all u ladies Do it Do it Do it!!!yes I was only sleeved on may 30th but its been great.I mean yes u gave ur own personal demons but that's what they r demons!!! Tell them to leave! This is ur time! At first yes ur like” I'll never eat real food....” That is a lie u just have to build back up to it. Its like a baby u wouldn't give them a solid streak as a new born u give them milk, then pureed food, then soft food then, then solid. If u go in with that positive mind set uk be amazing.. I'm 32 have a 2 yr old I have had pcos since I was 13 have half an overie, endometritis, gout, my soon was a miracle.but I deff. Needed to do something so I could have more babies.so glad I did. I was 306 and today I am at 285 already down 21 pound!!!!!! Woot woot u Girls can do it!!!!!
