    I live in Milk River Alberta and I am going to Tijuana Mexico on March 27, to be banded I would have liked to have it done here , was in the Calgary Health Region Study. My husband retired we moved after being reassured I would still be eligible since I lived in Calgary when I signed up and the second week in Feb. I got an email saying sorry but you are not in our region you can't be in the study. So I am doing this on my dime and going to Mexico. Rissa
