I Just Got My Approval! I Also Have Atena Pos.

Oh yeah check this one out. At my doctors office they have told me they submitted all my clinicals and then when I called the insurrance they said they never recieved them. I then find out that my doctor has now decided to retire and now I have to wait to see who is going to take over the practice. I'm just as angry as you are.

My paperwork was just sent off today and I'm so nervous and axious to see what they are going to say.

So hows everything going with you and your insurrance? My paperwork will be sent in on Monday. I also have Atnea pos. I am so nervous.

I you don't mind me asking why were you denied the other 2 times?

Doesn't that just piss you off that they won't talk to you? I mean we are the one pays them a but load of money every paycheck and your telling me you won't tell me the criteria. I had the same thing happen to me but I have Atnea pos. Sorry I just needed to vent.

So did you start getting this ready before or after your band? What do I do to begin the process?

I am so nervous. My doctor will be sending in my paperwork to my insurrance. Atnea is so damn difficult. Good luck to you.

Ok so when you say 3 month with your doctor thats with the surgeons office correct? I have not followed with my family doctor only because she doen't really believe in the lap band, but then she isn't overwieght.

OMG! you have me so scared because I have everything ready to be submitted except one year. I have Sleep apnea, a bmi over 50 and four years out of five. In 2004 I lost my mother and I was a terrible wreck and was not seen by anyone. I went to curves but that was about it. Oh by the way I also have Atena pos
