I have a similar BMI and I am being sleeved in Mexico on Thursday. I have tried every diet known to man, I work out like a maniac and still cannot get to a comfortable weight. The only time I did was when I ate very little on diet pills. That was not maintainable, I feel that with the sleeve I will be able to get to and maintain a more comfortable weight.

Thank you for posting this. Regarding Mistake #3, I never understood the why behind not drinking with meals. This makes sense.

My surgery is with Dr. Kelly in Mexico. It is $5500 including everything except airfare.

Crystal Light is something I heard was useful. I also bought Isopure and am drinking that now during my pre op clear liquid only diet.

I am not planning on telling anyone. They are all used to my weight loss attempts, so they won't really question the way that I will be eating. Last summer I did 8 weeks on what is referred to here as full liquids - I am just going to say that is my summer diet.
