  6. K bare with me because it might take experimenting with pudding flavors and Protein powder flavors and amounts of each on your end to make this work! In a blender I mix one scoop of Protein Powder. One cup of skim milk. One-two cups of crushed ice (blends better) blend all together. Then I add some pudding (your flavor of choice sugar free fat free) to help with the crappy Protein shake flavor that most don't like. Blend up nice and u have a wonderful shake. It even helps if u freeze it for a while before consuming. The smaller the shake easier to consume to get your protein. Sometimes add less liquids to your powder to help make it smaller an more "do able".

  13. Since I started my pre op diet on MAY 16 I am officially down 25 pounds total. Ahhhhhhh. Excitement. Pre op I lost 12 lbs on my strict clear liquid diet. I had surgery on May 23 and was up 2 lbs from the gas and fluids etc. I came home from the hospital on May 24 and since then I lost 15 lbs!! Loving my sleeve.

  16. Lol. Glad I'm not the only one !
  17. I feel the same. It has been difficult on me this summer. I have completely stopped going to my parents lake house because all my family and friends do up there is party. HOWEVER the look on their faces when they see me next summer will will make it well worth it. Lol. The alcohol I will hopefully learn to drink in moderation cause in the past that never worked for me. Being 21 is prolly much harder then me being 23 and semi over partying as much as I use to. But I still feel for ya. Anyone who loves their alcohol feels for ya. In the end they don't want you drinking a lot because of liquid calories. In the beginning I think it's ulcers right after surgery. We will all eventually learn to adjust. Good luck!! :-)
