I am 3 days post op. I feel really bad. I feel to sick to drink the profect

Can I just start on regular shakes? Help

    Follow what your surgeon says to make things smooth. I couldnt drink the protein water makes me sick I just sipped water till I could do shakes. I had trouble I do mean a lot of trouble with my liquids. Just didn't feel right. I had my surgery may 23 and today was my first day almost feelin bak to 100% hang in there hun gets easier :-)
