K bare with me because it might take experimenting with pudding flavors and Protein powder flavors and amounts of each on your end to make this work!
In a blender I mix one scoop of Protein Powder. One cup of skim milk. One-two cups of crushed ice (blends better) blend all together. Then I add some pudding (your flavor of choice sugar free fat free) to help with the crappy Protein shake flavor that most don't like. Blend up nice and u have a wonderful shake. It even helps if u freeze it for a while before consuming. The smaller the shake easier to consume to get your protein. Sometimes add less liquids to your powder to help make it smaller an more "do able".
