My surgeons office sells Prescript Fit and I prefer it over the others I tried. It is Egg protien and it is best mixed in a blender... It is smooth and creamy and thick and helps keep you full for several hours. I have tried Body Fortress, Gladiator , GNC Lean shake and Muscle Milk. The premade muscle milk are great if your in a hurry on the go. Hope this helps. :-) -

I am having the Lap Band with Plication Surgery tomorrow 05/16/2012@ 7:30am. I am nervous and excited and hungry!. Ive been on liquid protien for a two weeks (down 12 lbs) and clear liquids today. I have done the research. I hope I have prepared enough. Carol. -

I am having Lap Band with Plication surgery tomorrow, 05/16/2012. Dr. Donald Balder , new Surgeon to Gulfport is perfoming my surgery. I wish we could start a support group on Coast somewhere. I would be glad to help. I am new to this board , and am so excited to find it.
