  1. Dear Janet You may consider yourself to be lucky, later on, for being what you call a "slow loser". At least you won't have as much loose skin hanging off your body, because you are losing at a safe rate and your skin has time to shink with the fat loss. I think I am going to try to actually slow my weight loss for that very same reason. (I am only 5 days out) I'm eager to lose, sure, but not eager to go back for a tummy tuck.
