I did feel pain like bruise pain if that makes sense but to be honest the gas pain is worse than the incision pain.

I was sleeved on Friday & home today. Im happy to answer any questions anyone would like to ask. Good luck for all the upcoming surgeries & speedy recovery to all xx

hi aussies, im lying here in my hospital bed after being sleeved friday, I feel alot better today except for the gas pains. Hopefully these will subside soon enough. Its good to have the worst of it out of the way & to be able to look towards a healthier future. Anyone with questions I will answer as truthful as I can. Just want to wish all my fellow aussie sleevers all the best in your journeys you all can do this!! xx

hi phillygirl, I dont know the answer to your problem but you are in my thoughts. You shouldnt have to put up with so much negativity from the person who is supposed to be your support. Name calling is part of emotional abuse & to say horrible things about you sexually is just disgusting. Ive been in a very abusive relationship and now am single with 4 children. All I really want to say is take care of you and your child foremost & wishing you much luv xx

Hi all, Im sleeved!!! Feeling ok, much better than yesterday, had my swallow test today eewww & had to redo it as they thought they saw a leak. All good though, lots of gas pain but hopefully that will subside soon enough. Wishing all my fellow sleevers much love & speedy recoveries

Wish me luck fellow Aussie Sleevers!! tomorrow is surgery day for me... Im so nervous!!! Ive been able to put it out of my mind until now. .. but its just got real. Im doing this totally alone & my kids will be home alone (19 year old son looking after the others). Please say a prayer for me xx much luv xx

OMG one more sleep til my surgery. My fingers are shaking as I'm trying to type this!! The nerves are really setting in now, just got phone call from the hospital explaining everything I need to do (& not do) before tomorrow. This has just become so real for me. Im so scared, the pain, the leak test, vomiting, going under anaesthetic... I'm doing this totally on my own. I have kids at home who need me. Please everyone pray for me xx I'm sending out prayers & thoughts to all the other sleeve sisters & brothers who join me tomorrow & in the future. much love to all xx

Im pre-surgery and very moody. Im not sure if its the lack of food, not enough vitamins, anxiety about the surgery or what but whoahh Im a cranky biartch!

sorry to hear that, I know for me (& plenty of others) weight issues cause depression!! Losing weight & becomming healthy are only going to help with your depression... try another doctor!! best wishes xx
