  4. Not sure how youve managed to survive that! Congrats!
  5. But it tastes n burns soooo gooood lol (Rumple)
  6. I wear my bodymedia fit link all day and during my workout. Plus you can link it to other sites like walgreens to earn points in their rewards program. Im almost at 8k points just for work and working out - all bc i wear my monitor
  7. I drink a protein shake 30mins before and one 30mins after. EAS Advantage have a good strawberry one thats 17gm of protein, 100 cals, and only 2.5gm of carbs. I drink that brand almost exclusively.
  8. Miller light, margaritas, vodka n diet coke, malibu n diet coke, Jello shots, colorado bulldog, and rumple. Be warned - a shot of rumple knocked me on my butt the other night!
  9. Anyone tried it? Thoughts? Help with loose skin or weight loss?
  10. God you too? 5 1/2 months out - bout to start the 4th week stalled.. 50lbs to go
  11. Its not physically possible to give up - it just sure beats the hell out of you emotionally... Considering everything we have to change... Giving up out only means of emotional support.. Etc.
  12. So ive been stalled at 228-230 since May 15... Im at the point i dont even get excited about the possibility of seeing a loss. Im 5 1/2 months out and wondering if maybe this is it... Im still 48-50 lbs from MY goal of 180. The BMI chart says I should be at 168 to be the HIGHEST normal for 5'9". Ive been getting 70-100gm protein, plenty of fluid, tried cutting carbs, tried upping carbs... I eat 1000-1200 calories a day. I started working out regularly 3-4 weeks ago... Walking 3.5 mph at a 5% incline for 30 minutes then weights after. Im seeing my arms and feeling my legs grow but shouldnt this INCREASE my fat burning and help the weightloss?? Has anyone stalled this long this far (or further) out? Whats your story? Howd you handle it and not get angry/depressed?? Is this it? Looking for any hope right now..
  13. Didnt we already when she started acting out on another post?? Same topic?? She want a cookie for being perfect or what?
  14. [sARCASTIC TONE] NOOOOOOO.... You??? Get outta heah.... [\SARCASTIC TONE]
  15. Amen. This place is nothing like it was when i joined last year. So many rude people. OP asked for feedback - not a sermon. Maybe she cant handle others kicking her off her soap box. And so what if she went to MX? Shes still alive i see. No complications from what I can tell. Not everyones insurance will pay the god awful price that US doctors charge. Some have to pay out of pocket. Guess what - most of what you use/wear/drive is probably made in China. So?
  16. I know you didnt ask this question to be preached at - which will undoubtedly happen. Im five months out. I have one every week or two - nothing like I did pre-op. started at four months out.
  17. Lol no it was an attempt at sarcastic humor you asked what causes dry mouth lol
