  1. Oh missed it sorry! And THANK YOU
  2. Just finished W3D3 - NO CLUE how im supposed to survive the 3min run followed by 5min run of week 4....
  3. W3D2 in the can... Barely.
  4. Well i pulled off W3D1 the day after W2D3 - BARElY. That second three minute run about did me in. I had to stop 30 seconds before it ended to catch my breath then run those thirty a few seconds later. Ill take tomorrow off and try W3D2 on Monday.
  5. I know it says take a day off, but has anyone done two days back to back?
  6. W2D3 done! May try to knock out W3D1 tomorrow.
  7. W2D2 down. Wish i could keep up the speed and pace that i start out with.
  8. Im 209 now... Everyone thinks im slim and shouldnt lose any more. Im only 5'9" so "normal bmi" is 168... Ill look gross at that weight. I personally dont think i should drop below 175-180 which is technically overweight.
  9. I just checked it out on Amazon and it's only $2.99 for Kindle or you can check it out for free (like their rental thing) if you're a prime member. I'm going to check it out for free to see if its something I can do or not.
  10. Ugh... still have 30 pounds to go to my personal goal... 41 to my "normal" BMI.. but that'd be GROSS skinny... things need to speed back up!
  11. Filled it out
  12. Ill be hitting C25K W2D2 tonight. The change from W1 to W2 wasnt too bad but i was pretty exhausted by the end of W2D1.
  13. Trying to build and tone my arms and chest but still have skin issues. Definitely going to need a TT. Inner thighs look rough too.
  14. Michigan - im right there with you on the stall..
  15. My surgeon just got someone in recently (Air Force) that had sleeve, the district recruiter for health services said it wont be an issue, plus the local nurse recruiter said hes gotten a guy in that had bypass so im hoping im good
  16. They have scholarships if you get accepted into the following programs: Pediatric NP Mental Health NP Womens Health NP Family NP CRNA
  17. Resign = re-sign as in continue to serve. For NP youre a captain plus 2k a month NP incentive plus if you sign a four yrlear commitment its 20k/yr lump sums.
  18. Active Duty but HOLD UP! Theres a scholarship program for CRNA! If you get into a program you take the letter of acceptance and join THEN. They put you reserves and pay ALL school, fees, books, etc plus 2100 a month for a living stipend. You give them 1 year for each year of school they cover. Once you graduate they move you active. You wont get the crna incentive pay those three or two years but once you resign they give a great bonus.
  19. Its a medical disqualifier.. Just get ALL of your surgery records and follow up records and have your MD and surgeon write letters for you and you could probably get a waiver with no other health issues. Also - im going into nurse corps - theyre a little more lenient for nurses
  20. W1D3 down! Not looking forward to the longer runs next week lol
  21. Knocked out W1D2 tonight!
  22. Embarrassing showing my before... Still have about 40 more to go :-/
  23. W1D1 completed yesterday during 2:00PM Texas Heat in a hoodie I figure if I can make it in that then it should be pretty easy in a tshirt in the afternoon Going to try doing it again tonight after the trainer kicks my arse. Going for my first training session tonight too. Trying to get in shape for Air Force fit test!
