  2. So I didn't really get started good on the app and quit it about 50 pounds ago. Tried W1D1 again last night on an outside track (hills/turns) and actually RAN instead of jogged the run sections and lasted 24 of the 30 minutes. Hopefully next time I can make it through all!!
  3. Yup i am occassionally
  4. I wont lie. I did but i didnt. I ate grilled chicken subs from subway and stayed under 1500 cals a day for the last five days then did liquids the day before surgery with the miralax that the doc ordered. I lost 7lbs prior to surgery.
  5. Im getting all vitamins and minerals from food. Labs looked great. No supplements here!
  6. Ive been doing cardio first then weights, but find myself tiring out pretty quick on the weights... How do you avoid this? I have to get my strength up, but i also have to work up to running if im ever going to pass the Air Force fit test.
  7. Still waiting on that one
  8. I cant start the application process for 24 more pounds and cant actually join for 29 more but im slowly getting there.
  9. If any of you are curious or still following this - I saw my surgeon this week and one of her sleevers actually got accepted into the Air Force! She said they had to provide all kinds of letters and paperwork but she got it! Stoked!
  10. Lol in line at Acme right now...

So Ill be in New Orleans thursday through Sunday - staying on Canal street! I'm sure Ill blow the new way of eating out of the water wanting to try all of the good food and all, but at least i can only hold a little Any locals have suggestions on the best places and food to try? Good bars for mingling? Must do's and must see's? Have a locals meet up for coffee?
  12. My six month mark was 6/30 - down 85! Averageing about 10lbs a month. Hopefully it keeps up. Only 32lbs until i can apply for Air Force and 38 to my personal goal of 180. Id technically fall into the overweight BMI but i dont care. The BMI chart says for the HIGHEST normal BMI id need to weigh 168. That sounds gross skinny for someone my build.
  13. Six month mark today! Was stalled 3 1/2 of the last five weeks.
  14. Well i can start the application in 32 more pounds and can apply in 37. At my current rate (hopefully it holds) i should hit the 37 in mid October. Ill definitely keep everyone updated on the process.
  15. Tried grape. Tastes like booboo. How you gonna mess up a grape drink? Aint nobody got time fa that!
  16. So im not the only one that could just care less now?
  17. Ok so this one's pretty personal and embarrassing... I've been struggling with whether or not I should post for feedback, but decided I had no way to figure out if it was common or not without asking. Since surgery I've had a total loss of interest. Not sure if it's body image issues or what... I thought the release of hormones was supposed to make it shoot through the roof? Totally confused and trying to figure out wtf.
