Looking great! And I agree-- you can't tell you were a wls patient!

Ive been doing cardio first then weights, but find myself tiring out pretty quick on the weights... How do you avoid this? I have to get my strength up, but i also have to work up to running if im ever going to pass the Air Force fit test.

I used to have a trainer and strength training before cardio is the rule.
