  5. hi guys thx for all the replies you guys are so supportive and encouraging , from what i think after reading this is that when we are overweight we are naturally stronger than when were fit so its ok to lose some of that strength as long as it doesn't drop lower than the average human strength , am ready to compromise some of it to make me happy , i love when i hear from your experience is that ( you stay thin forever ), i think staying fit is 1000 harder than getting fit .
  6. hello every one my name is moray am 23 y old 6ft2.5 350 lbs and am so happy that i joined this forums and see all these wonderful people and how i can really relate to there stories , any way i don't wanna go through my life story here nobody have time :tongue2: , thing is am planning to have my sleeve in the next month and am worried about only 1 thing and its power and strength , will i lose it forever or its just a temporarily thing ? i mean i can handle having a fatigue for 2 years even 3 but now my only advantage from guys who are in my age is my strength however am iffin miserable , thinking after the surgery and how i can wear anything i want and have friends and gf gives me strong motivation but my strongest fantasy goal is to be able to dunk in basket ball and compete in medium weight in kickboxing so you guys can see how strength is really important to me, cant wait to hear your story :smile1: best luck for all :smile1: ps : sorry for my grammar :tongue2: and i re posted this here cuz this is the right forum for it
