Wow that's a lot of time to wait ...but it is going to be worth it. It's a life changing experience take some time to reflect. I'm so glad I did this I have lost 50 lbs or so and feel great. I love shopping now, where before it was such a chore and disappointment. No more W's for me.... I'm sure you know what I mean..... It is so weird to shop in the normal people clothes...lol

Good Job. Keep walking maybe you could get some kind of dust mask to help keep the pollen out.

Take a break, Stop worrying so much... things will work out we have all done this to change our lives and it won't happen over nite. My doc call week 3 and 4 lost weeks your body is trying to figure out whats going on with the food it gets and what to do with it. I'm 7 weeks out and have found pork is to dense to eat. Ground beef is ok fish is better. If you like tuna, make tuna salad. Good Luck!

Just keep going it will be worth it. I am 7 weeks out and had my doubts before and after but now I am happy with what I'v done.

I have been trying different types of protein seafood goes down easier. but eating every 3 hours is about right I have been trying to work on this too. Its a new way of eating. I try to eat fruit more btw meals if its going to be longer. I stay away from carbs as much as possible.

I did the same thing My doc calls the 3/4th week lost weeks he said your body is just getting use to the lower food intake I started losing weight again the following week.

Thanks for the feed back. Just needed to know I was not the only one that felt that way. My Doc sugested I start taking an antidepressant. I feel some better.

I am 6 weeks post and have lost 15 lbs with minimum exercise my insision was not healing. You will lose the weight. If excercise alone would have worked you would not have needed the surgery. It is not a quick fix.

I must be stronger than I think. Haven't been grazing but for snacks I have found that pepperoni bites are a great protein snack. Try to find snacks without carbs and there are other snacks you can eat that won't sabatage your diet. Learn new eating habits. And yes make an appt with the pys doc..... they will give you great insite.
