Food Food Food And No Idea How To Eat !

Three weeks out. STILLL cannot get a handle on eating, what a PAIN !!! I eat and feel full and about three hours later I am frickin hungry again. I am having about 80% protein in my diet and about 40-50g of carbs and keeping it around 1,000 calories. Suggestions ???

Tolerating Well

I am now 10 days post-op and I am tolerating protein drinks with no problem and getting in two shakes a day, so that is about 60 grams of protein. Plus water, which I am not successful in getting in at least 48 oz. I am so afraid of stretching my sleeve !! Am I doing this right ???

Question 6 Days Post-Op

Feeling pretty good today   How much liquid ie: protein shake am I supposed to consume at once 6 days post-op? I don't want to consume too much and   stretch my sleeve. I have an 8oz glass, do I just sip on that a little every hour ? Can I drink it slowly all at once ?   Thanks !

Gas

So far I haven't had THAT much pain with gas. This morning -post-op day 5, I got up and moved around a bit and I almost couldn't breathe ! I had a HUGE gas bubble in my diaphram area. It is still there but has settled down a bit . Is that normal ? How long can I expect random "gas bubble attacks?"

OK 4 days post-op, haven't lost a pound !!! Angry and frustrated !!!! Anyone ? Help?

Newly Sleeved, Questions !

Well, I am frustrated first of all, because I am on clears liquids and it is getting old fast. However, this morning when I got up my first few sips actually hurt once they hit my belly. Is this normal ? I am 4 days today post-op.   Why do the beverages ie: coffee and tea, need to be decaf?   Why do I need to avoid hot beverages?   I actually had belly growling as if I am hungry, is this normal ? It feels like the old hungry growl.   Help !!
