  1. Sodas weren't that hard and I worked for a soda company for 13 years. My problem is that the surgery made water taste like metal and I had to find a solution. Luckily i found zero calerie mixed berry Powerade, and it has been my drink of choice since surgery.
  2. Had my surgery Nov. 14th of last year and so far this has been the best decision I have ever made. I have lost 123 lbs so far but not without a few barriers. Congrats to everyone who has had the surgery and know better days are ahead. I am treating this just like a recovering drug addict, no bread, sweets, or sodas. Good luck to all going through this journey!
