Annoying to finally have been eating the smaller amounts of food only to stop feeling restriction. Suggestions anyone?

It's helped me far more to finally be able to identify the difference between 'hungry' and 'not hungry' as I strive to train myself to eat in response to being 'hungry'.
I spend most of my life trying to 'get full' which rarely happened.
My notion is recognition of being 'not hungry' is what the essence of being restricted is about.
The urge to eat and then over eat is solved when I can follow the theory that 'satiety' and 'not hungry' is the goal of 'restriction' so I don't continue sport eating when not hungry.
I've come to enjoy smaller amounts of food.

I think my job counts as excersize, students are not back yet and I have lost 4 pounds since Monday.

I had my first fill and my staples taken out Tuesday. I ALWAYS eat fried chicken on the fourth. However I was not able to have anything but lliquids.
