Yes I first sauté onions and cauliflower, since frozen vegi's just need warming then move it to one side and cook egg then mix all together.

I cook a lot with cauliflower so sorry if you guys get tired of my recipes

It's safe in calexico I have family that lives there 2 blocks from the boarder. Sorry you were in pain after, I had surgery in Mexico and had no pain after surgery I had a hernia repair also, and stopped my pain meds the day I flew home cause I had to drive 4 1/2 hours home dr just told me to stop frequently and get out and walk. Dr aceves did my surgery 6/30/12 and I have lost 55 pounds I have no regrets at all. Good luck I hope you feel better soon I know you will, this to shall pass and you'll feel great..

I had surgery with dr aceves on june 30th of this year had no complications, went by myself and I feel wonderful no regrets at all. Good luck

1 head of cauliflower 1/2 white onion 1 mini cube of knorr cilantro seasoning 1/2 lime juice Sauté onion in a little bit of evoo, add cauliflower sauté til soft add cilantro seasoning and lime juice and enjoy.

No Rice Used at all...

I forgot to write finely chop cauliflower or put in food processor.

I had surgery in Mexico and I had a nut their also and he did say No carbonated drinks it "Supposably" stretches the sleeve and I rather not risk it after paying all that money...

Thank you for posting this question I thought I was the only one with this and thanks everyone for the replies in 2 months out and I'm still learning everyday to chew chew chew its hard to remember until its to late..

I luv dr aceves I'm a happy happy customer also 6/30/12 was my surgery date. I don't regret ever going alone to Mexicali for surgery with him and I don't regret paying more money.

Mine was 37 at time of surgery June 30, 2012 and I had no problem what do ever and I'm still doing great list 35lbs so far

I did have a hernia repaired and still didn't effect my pain any different

I had a great surgery I had no pain, I was walking 2 hrs after surgery the next day I walked to pharmacy to buy my extra pills "I was sleeved in Mexicali" flew from San Diego to Sacramento & then I drove myself home 4 hrs away and I was perfectly fine I didnt have any pain meds or need them and I was back to work a week after surgery.... Everyone is very very different but I would do it again in a heartbeat i wish I did it sooner. Good luck I wish you nothing but the best.

I agree with Jen. I had surgery with dr aceves on June 30th and he also repaired a hiatal hernia I had no pain it was more discomfort from drain but I was up walking 2 hrs after surgery I had to go to bathroom lol you walk very slow but I pushed myself I went alone and felt very safe and I'm going back for him to do my follow up. Its cheaper for me to fly to Mexicali than pay my copayment in California I even found out Almater hospital is blue shield approved.. But for $150 I get all my labs and upper gi and barium swallow. It just gives my piece of mind to see everything working good. Oh and if you want something stronger for pain ask the dr because all the nurse gives you is a dissolvable pill for pain but if dr orders you something stronger they have to follow his orders. The pain pills are Supradol 30 mg there is only 4 pills in a box when you go home. I bought 6 boxes. And the ppi is pantozol 20 mg I also bought 6 boxes plus I bought my husband thyroid medicine is so much cheaper I think I spent $60 total.

Mine is an upper Gi and barium swallow test and labs it's only $150 for this. for me it's cheaper to fly and get test done than going to my PCP and go to get labs done I still haven't meet my $5000 decuctible And it's just piece of mind don't want to wait to long if there was a problem I cant see or feel.
