  1. Hi, I had to have my band loosened, the fluid removed last Fall. I was awakened by fluid in my ears and nose. Once the Doc removed the excess fluid, I did begin to eat more. But, glad I could. Bread has neglibile protein. If you can eat more, ask yourself, how is this beneficial to me? I lift weights, bench press and kette bells. The ability to build muscle mass was a welcomed one. How is your hair? Are you planning to have plastic surgery? All these issues require an increase in protein consumption.
  2. Hi My username is ElleBanda. I came to Yale-New Haven Hospital after my insurance would not approve the surgery at Hartford Hospital in CT. My pre-op weight was 250.00 when I went to see the plastic surgeon for a tummy tuck I weighed 138. I am grateful for the procedure.
